Didn't work for you? No problem, merchandise may be returned in the condition it was received. Call Lily Couture will accept unworn, unwashed merchandise for a full item paid refund ONLY within 14 days of purchase.
For returns received after 14 days of purchase, we'll inspect for signs of wear or use, if item is deemed in returnable condition, we’ll issue you store credit. your package must be post-marked and sent back within 14 days of the original shipped date.

If your item arrives damaged please let us know via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 days. Item cannot be washed or worn when claimed as a damage. After 3 days, Calla Lily Couture can no longer be responsible.
All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost of their purchases, returns & exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are defined as any item that is discounted from the retail price.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to make sure we have it available at email@example.com and send your item to: 15955 Briar Road, Morris, OK 74445
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the person who purchased the product.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All items purchased at mobile events are final sale.
