-Shipping & Delivery
At Calla Lily Couture we try to get you your items as soon as possible. Most orders will ship out within 3 business days of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 4-5 business days to process. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping.
You may select expedited shipping which means your order will be processed within 24 hours and arrive within 3 business days following (usually sooner).
Undeliverable packages
Packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" or "unclaimed" are subject to re-shipping at customer’s expense. All original and any new shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs:
Standard Shipping is $7 (estimated delivery is 7 to 10 business days).
- Expedited Shipping is available on all orders for $10 (estimated delivery 3-5 business days).
- Express Shipping is available on all orders for $25 (estimated delivery 1-2 business days).
- Orders over $150 shipped within the United States qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
(All orders over $200 will require a signature for delivery)
